Order Processing
All orders are processed at our U.S. fulfillment centers (Amazon FBA).
Orders placed before 8:00 AM (PST) are typically processed the same day.
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
Processing may take 1–2 business days during peak seasons (BFCM, holidays).

Carrier selection is automatically determined based on your delivery address and order volume.
Shipping Within the United States
We currently ship to all U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories and PO Box / APO / FPO / DPO addresses.

Fee: $7.00
Delivery Time: 3–7 business days
Free Shipping
Available for orders over $49
Expedited Shipping
Fee: $12.00
Delivery Time: Typically 2–4 business days
(varies depending on location & carrier)
We Do Not Ship To
PO Box, APO, FPO, DPO addresses (UPS & Amazon Logistics do not support)
International destinations outside the United States
(We plan to expand international shipping in the future.)
Tracking Information
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Tracking details are also available in your “My Account” page.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, contact us within 7 days.
Customers are responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier, but resolution may vary depending on their investigation.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

- Photo of the outer packaging + shipping label
- Photo of all items received
- Photo of the damaged/incorrect product
- We will assist you as quickly as possible.
