CHARDE Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your CHARDE experience. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Please review the return guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet ALL of the following conditions:


- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- Unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- Purchased directly from chardeglobal.com

⚠️ Due to hygiene and product safety, we cannot accept returns of:

- Opened or used skincare items
- Products with broken seals
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged product, wrong item, or missing item:

Email us at global@newselect.co.kr with the following 3 photos:

Outer packaging with the shipping label visible

All items inside the package

A clear photo of the damaged/incorrect item

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund.

3. Return Process

To request a return:

Contact us at global@newselect.co.kr with your order number

- Wait for return approval and instructions

- Ship the item back to the return address provided

⚠️ Unauthorized returns (items sent back without approval) will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs


- Customer responsibility: change of mind, ordering by mistake

- CHARDE responsibility: damaged/incorrect item received

Return shipping cost is non-refundable unless the return is our error.

5. Refunds


Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

- Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

- Depending on your bank, additional time may be required for the refund to appear

6. Non-Refundable Items


- Opened/used products
- Gift cards
- Final-sale or promotional items


Packages lost due to incorrect address provided at checkout

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before fulfillment.

If your order has already been shipped or is in processing, cancellation isn’t available.
